Art Studios at Art 634
The heart of Art 634 is its artists! From painting, ceramics and tattoos to music, writing and fiber arts - the studios at Art 634 are overflowing with creativity. Some studios maintain regular business hours, others are available by appointment, and some are privately dedicated as workspaces.

Studios Available for Rent
Art 634’s mission is to grow Jackson’s local art scene by providing affordable studios to artists in a creative and supportive environment. A few studios become available each year, and we encourage you to check back or follow our Facebook/Instagram pages for announcements of new openings.
Each studio’s rent includes all utilities (electricity, heat and A/C, water, trash) as well as highspeed internet, parking/snow removal, maintained bathrooms, water/coffee/tea station, and property taxes. Renters also receive 10% off art purchases in The Galleries, free use of community rooms as available, discounts on private rentals, and a voice in the Art 634 community.
To apply for a studio at Art 634, artists must complete an application, found at the bottom of this page. If multiple artists would like to share one studio, each artist must complete an application and note the other artists they plan on renting with. If there are no current openings listed, you are welcome to complete an application and it will be considered when space is available. If your application is accepted, you will be invited to view the space and make a determination from there. Since there are limited studios, if your application is not accepted, it will stay on file and be considered as future spaces become available. Coworking Space
as small as 81 sq ft - $160/month
Find your own little space at Art 634! We are officially launching a studio for coworking space designated for creatives! This includes everything you need to grow or start your business, with all of the added advantages of being apart of the 634 community. Areas are offered in 81 sq ft increments, with a maximum of 243 sq ft available per renter. These spaces are on the second floor, and only accessible by stairs. Near bathrooms, sink, and lounge.
Ideal for businesses that require an in-studio sink for licensing. With wooden beams and exposed brick walls, this studio holds all of the historic charm Art 634 is known for. With built in cabinets and countertop, this studio is move-in ready. Located on the second floor and next to the Large Community Room, this area is only accessible by stairs. There are two bathrooms, lounge areas, and a three-basin sink also located on the second floor.
