Classes and Workshops:
Bridgid Mote, Circle of
Stones: Individual and group classes on
gemstone jewelry. Includes information on the metaphysical properties
and how to use the stones for healing. Different “recipes” that can be
worn for specific energies and healing benefits. I also have a supply of
glass, wood, crystal and metal beads if you just need some “bead
therapy.” Hours are by appointment but feel free to drop by and see if I

and payment must be made one week prior to class. CANCELATION POLICY: No
refunds. A 48-hour cancellation notice must be made to Circle of Stones
to receive a credit for the class. If you fail to give notice or show up
for a class, Circle of Stones reserves the right to bill you for the
class. Prices vary according to stones selected for each piece.
Jackson School of the Arts: Jackson
School of the Arts offers a wide variety of classes in dance, art and

AMERICAN GIRL PARTIES: $18
per child and their doll includes a magical afternoon and tea party. For
ages 4-12. Advance registration required.
Yoga Studio Deeplyart: Avé's
studio is upstairs, please use the outside entrance at the front of the
ART 634 building. All
props provided, 10 class pass $100, drop in $15. For more information

Basics and Meditation: Come
back to the "Beginning", exploring alignment with an open mind.
Meditation will follow the practice.
• Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30pm
VINYASA YOGA: Vinyasa
means flow. This class focuses on breath awareness and alignment while
moving from one posture to the next using breath as the vehicle. Some
Yoga experience encouraged.
• Thursdays, 7 - 8:30pm
EMPOWER VINYASA YOGA: A
great start to your day for students who have some experience in
Inversions and back-bends. Linking breath and movement will be
emphasized through the practice of the Sun Salutations and Vinyasa.
Pranayama will be introduced.
• Wednesdays, 8:30 - 10am
HOT YOGA: This is a
Vinyasa flow class (breath linked with movement) done in 95-100 degrees
temperatures. The heat enhances the extension of the muscles and
ligaments, and provides cardiovascular benefits. Be prepared to sweat.
Bring your mat, towel, and water.
