Jackson School of the Arts: Jackson School of the Arts offers a wide variety of classes in dance, art and theater for ages 2 1/2 and up. AMERICAN GIRL PARTIES: $18 per child and their doll includes a magical afternoon and tea party. For ages 4-12. Advance registration required. 

 

Yoga Studio Deeplyart: Avé's studio is upstairs, please use the outside entrance at the front of the ART 634 building. All props provided, 10 class pass $100, drop in $15. For more information call 517-783-1151 or email deeplyart@aol.com.

Basics and Meditation: Come back to the "Beginning", exploring alignment with an open mind. Meditation will follow the practice.
• Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30pm

VINYASA YOGA: Vinyasa means flow. This class focuses on breath awareness and alignment while moving from one posture to the next using breath as the vehicle. Some Yoga experience encouraged.
• Thursdays, 7 - 8:30pm


EMPOWER VINYASA YOGA: A great start to your day for students who have some experience in Inversions and back-bends. Linking breath and movement will be emphasized through the practice of the Sun Salutations and Vinyasa. Pranayama will be introduced. 
• Wednesdays, 8:30 - 10am

HOT YOGA: This is a Vinyasa flow class (breath linked with movement) done in 95-100 degrees temperatures. The heat enhances the extension of the muscles and ligaments, and provides cardiovascular benefits. Be prepared to sweat. Bring your mat, towel, and water.
